Use these resources to create a successful club!
Due the 10th of every month, covering the month before, these forms are vital to the success of the district; as lieutenant governor I use them to know what your club may be struggling with and may need assistance with. The secretary or statistical secretary should fill out the MRF each month.

Club Officer Roster
Once your officers are elected for the year,
please fill out this roster, this will allow myself, the district, and International
to be in contact with the officers.
Club Member Roster
At the first meeting of the year, have each member write down their name, grade, and contact information. All of this information should be entered into the Membership Update Center by either an officer or faculty adviser.
